HOW DO I WASH MY NEW SEVENTH ECLECTIC APPAREL?

Machine Wash Cold with Like Colors. Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry. Our Tees are 100% Cotton and may shrink in the Wash, tho most garments are preshrunk.

WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

All our discount codes are single use and cannot be stacked. Only one code can be used at checkout. That being said, if you think this code should work, please email us to send a new one or correct it.

WHAT IS ROUTE?

Seventh Eclectic is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Refunds and Exchanges can be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.  We offer FREE exchanges and $10 Flat Rate Returns. All items must be unwashed, unworn, without stains or issues in order to be issued a refund. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable. THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING OR BROKEN IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have an issue with your order, please send photos, provide your order # and what the issue is to contact@seventheclectic.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

Let us know right away by emailing us at contact@seventheclectic.com and we'll do our best to adjust in time. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to ship orders within 3-10 business days. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at contact@seventheclectic.com

Please keep in mind that shipping can take a bit longer around holidays, and large quantity of orders are coming in. During busier seasons, it can take closer to 10 business days for orders to ship. We'll always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience.
