In the event that the item arrives damaged please email seventhkenzie@gmail.com and allow 24 hours for a reply. I will gladly replace the damaged item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from purchase to return item and receive a full refund.

Most items are made to order. I strive to ship items before that 5-10 day window, and often that is the case, but I do sometimes need the 5-10 days to fulfill the order when waiting on prints and/or shirts. 

When item ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that vintage style apparel is achieved through a mineral wash process and the color and finish may change slightly after washes.
