This design is SUBLIMATED onto the mug of choice sealing the design permanently so that it will not fade, peel or chip away. Please note that due to the process of sublimation there may be VERY MINOR faded spots or flaws different in each piece.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the event that the item arrives damaged please email seventhkenzie@gmail.com and allow 24 hours for a reply. I will gladly replace the damaged item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from purchase to return item and receive a full refund.
